    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement to make things right.

    How do I care for my lamp?

    To keep your lamp looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV light may cause resin to yellow over time. If your lamp includes a wooden base, it can be treated occasionally with a light furniture oil if needed.
